Lovely Complex

We have been living in the Grandview Apartment Complex for the past 23 years. We have enjoyed being here. It is very well maintained and our super, Eduart, is just wonderful. If we ever have a problem he is responds right away and is so pleasant and helpful.
There are three excellent public schools and one private school, all within walking distance. The public library is a wonderful asset to the town with an extremely helpful staff.
The police department is great with an active presence ...
around town and the emergency response is very rapid.
Four bus lines pass through town with many stops along the Boulevard and easy access to NYC and Garden State Plaza Mall.
There are many restaurants in town with a variety of cuisines.
It is a lovely complex in a great town.

Not what it used to be!

Grandview Apts. was a very nice community to live 30 years ago. Unfortunately good family oriented people slowly moved away. High rental prices, and wera and tear of the apartments were the main reason! You can hear people walking above you. (due to poor insulation)! The landlord is more aware of the lawn's manicure than of the apartments themselves!
Just look around somewhere else. Good luck!

Well kept community! Ed the super is always a very nice man, he is very punctual. He keeps the property immaculate there is never any garbage laying around outside. Work orders are done quickly!

Grandview Gardens apartments its lovely complex, nice garden clean apartments, close to route 17, route 80, and route 46. Its very good location only 25 minutes way by buss to New York.
Best of all its Eduart our super, helpfull, respectfull, and perfecional in what he does.
If anyone looking for quiet and happy life its here at Grandview Gardens.

If you are looking for a place, I highly recommend the Grandview Garden Apartments. We have been here for over 6 years and love it here! The grounds are quiet and impeccably manicured. The resident's are friendly and respectful and the apartments are spacious and the environment is very nature oriented and beautiful. Everyone on the staff is lovely. Super Eduart is the best of them all! He is always ready with a friendly smile & handles all issues quickly and professionally. And by quickly I ...
mean really quickly. I had an issue with one of the bathtub faucet 3 days ago and I texted him at night to let him know and he was there the next day with everything, and installed a new one right away.
