A little more recent review
October 17, 2017Moved in March 2017 and prior to moving in the kitchen was completely updated. Granite countertops, hardwood cabinets and laminate wood flooring, new island, and stainless appliances. The floor plan is laid out well and as soon as you walk through the hallway you are looking out the large balcony windows and double sliding doors which are the length of the living room wall. All of our windows and sliding doors have been replaced this year. Indoor parking is available along with a partially ...covered parking deck; and the pool, gym, and storage unit are included with rent. Very friendly staff and neighbors and any concerns I have had were addressed immediately by building management. Great overall experience here at Grandview Pointe.Property Manager Responded

Marginal at Best
March 11, 2014Doorman? Lived here for over a year and haven't seen a doorman yet. Appliances are very cheap and outdated. Hallways and elevators old and outdated. Screams poorly maintained assisted living facility. Updated the lobby and party room but these areas are rarely seen by residents. Lobby seen only coming and going and party room is a waste.Review from Apartments.com
