No longer "affordable housing," but still a good deal
September 30, 2025I moved in a few years ago back when it was "affordable housing." Since then, our laundry room got an upgrade, communication has became more consistent and clear, mailboxes got better signage... lots of quality-of-life improvements. Michael's done a great job! That being said, prices went up for me by 12% this year. For now it's still one of the cheapest options available, so I'll be sticking around.Review from Apartments.com

July 7, 2025Here at Grandview we just got new pool furniture, a remodeled office and remodeled laundry room. They are so nice now! The flowers and landscaping are just beautiful!
