Terrible!!
August 20, 2025I have only lived here for a short amount of time and for the first half of my time I had no complaints. But now since the new property management has taken over there has been ZERO communication. Pool was closed most of the summer and don’t know how to up keep it. The community shared dumpster is ridiculous when it gets overfilled! They are the worst to rent from. I can go on and on but frankly I don’t want to waste my breathe and time! DO NOT RENT HERE!!Property Manager Responded

October 28, 2024The location of The Grandview at Lake Murray is incredible. Minutes from everything you need either in Irmo or Lexington, and easy access to highways. Very quiet and peaceful at night. People are friendly. And it seems to be extremely dog friendly.Property Manager Responded
