I have called this place home for 2.5 years. The location is great-beautiful views of the lake as I walk through the community. My apartment is spacious with the unique feature of a screened in patio with a pretty view of trees and morning sunrise from the patio and bedrooms. The office and maintenance team are friendly and responsive. Friendly neighbors throughout the community as well. Short walk to the Lake Murray Park and Dam. I love it here!

I have only lived here for a short amount of time and for the first half of my time I had no complaints. But now since the new property management has taken over there has been ZERO communication. Pool was closed most of the summer and don’t know how to up keep it. The community shared dumpster is ridiculous when it gets overfilled! They are the worst to rent from. I can go on and on but frankly I don’t want to waste my breathe and time! DO NOT RENT HERE!!

Grandview is the best apartment community that I have ever chosen. The community is so sweet and kind. The staff is the same, very kind and friendly. This is a beautiful place to live. I feel extremely safe even when it is dark outside. I have gone out to my car a few times in the parkinglot at night and felt really safe.

The location of The Grandview at Lake Murray is incredible. Minutes from everything you need either in Irmo or Lexington, and easy access to highways. Very quiet and peaceful at night. People are friendly. And it seems to be extremely dog friendly.
