Not Luxury
October 12, 2020Granite Shores advertises this building as “luxury”. That may have been the case at one time however, it’s not anymore. The manager/building owners do not put any effort into basic maintenance, cleanliness or up keep. Resident complaints fall on deaf ears. September 12, 2015Granite shores is a pretty decent place to live. There's no obnoxious neighbors and the staff is very friendly! The common areas and community room are always clean! Its probably the most pet friendly place I've ever lived there's even a pet wash room! And the heated underground parking is amazing in the winter time! But best of all the apartments themselves are very well maintained and very modern looking from the black cabinets, to the granite countertops with all stainless steel appliances and ...the wood floors they are truly beautiful homes.
