October 22, 2025I’ve been touring a couple of places in Delano and Bakersfield and I have to say this property literally WOW! The entire property is resort style and the office staff were so amazing and professional! They even gave me complimentary coffee while I toured with them. I submitted my application and I will be moving in by the need of the month! I’m soooo excited ! Definitely will be referring ALL my family and friends who are looking for a new place!Review from Apartments.com
