- Excellent place! Great location!August 5, 2015I have been in this apartment for 6 years. I have a 2br/2ba with lots of space and large windows. I can not speak to other apartments, but the one I have is fantastic. Everyone on the management staff is helpful and friendly. All of the tenants I've met are nice and polite. The elevators are quite fast and won't leave you waiting forever to get in and out of the building. The walls are not paper-thin like other places and I cannot recall either having or causing any complaints due to noise. The ...pool area is nice, though the pool is a bit small, but that is to be expected in the downtown area so it is not a major detraction. Being in the CBD, there are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, and most will even deliver. It's 2 blocks from the French Quarter, so close enough to walk yet far enough to avoid depending upon your inclination/mood at the time. - Great LocationFebruary 2, 2014Great Location, I think I went to every apartment building to see which one I like the best. Gravier was in the best location for the CBD and the staff is real nice. The building is old though and could use some work. I decided to go with the Saulet in garden district. Gravier is good value for the money but not the best apartment you could find.Review from Apartments.com
