A Horrible Experience
March 5, 2023I lived here in 2020. My first week there my cat catches a brown mouse. The unit I was shown had A/C a downstairs toilet & was renovated. The unit I got didn't have those features. The tub would keep getting stopped up. I would call but no one would fix it. But they had time to send a letter about the grass not being cut. Saw centipedes & roaches. When it would rain some of the windows would leak. Overall I don't recommend this place.Property Manager Responded

Roaches
July 26, 2022How about instead of renovating and cleaning up the outside of your homes (painting the bricks gray, new awnings, new mailboxes, etc.) you use that money to treat your roach infested walls first. After I started seeing them I immediately called the office. The woman I spoke to said they have an exterminator that comes out every 2 weeks and that she would "put me on the list". The next time he would be out was a week and a half away from when I called. I explained to her how quickly roaches ...multiply and that I will be overrun by then. She didn't care and proceeded to "add me to the list". I had to hire my own exterminator who was there the very next day. He comes by every 2 months. Thats an additional $81 every 2 months I pay. This has helped tremendously keep the roaches at bay. However, I still see some dead/dying ones here and there. And some baby ones so that means there are nests in these walls/homes. Unfortunately, since the homes are connected they will never officially go away. I can only keep them at bay from my home with the bi-monthly treatments. I'm embarrassed to even have company over. I am not comfortable sleeping in my own home. While my exterminator was at my home he also found mice holes and filled them in for me. Also, the utility/water bill is insane here. It ranges from an additional $70-$100 a month. Be sure to include these things into your budget as well if you choose to live here. But it's OK because they made the outside of my house look pretty right?Property Manager Responded

August 9, 2018On our 4th lease, my family and I recently transferred to a beautifully updated unit. Transferred only for convince of central air and updated amenities. Professional and friendly leasing office staff. Abbey and Cheryl are awesome! Maintenance staff respond quickly and efficiently to emergency maintenance calls. my 3rd year living & loving it
January 31, 2017I love it here. Barb is a great property Manager. She is very nice and would listen to any problems you have with the house. I actually feel welcome home and feels like the house is mine, too. I can decorate as much as I want to make myself home. I always take care of outside and always enjoy doing flowers and stuff. I have two service dogs. They love it here, they enjoys running in the back yard. People are very nice. I would recommend Gray Haven as your new home.Review from Apartments.com

I love it
November 17, 2015I love it — my unit and its location is comfortable, quiet, and cozy. It’s great to come home from a long day at work and relax in a home that is welcoming, airy, and trouble-free. It’s a perfect location that is great for children and adults alike. Aside from an occasional house spider, I haven’t had any issues with other unwanted critters. The staff offers world-class customer service, even when I had a million and one questions Michelle rocks, they were answered without any hostility or ...attitude. I never felt like a burden and that made me feel important, which is greatly appreciated. Service requests are handled quickly and efficiently. Maintenance does an exceptional job of satisfying the requests and providing follow-up on the work that was done. Six year update
November 6, 2015Six year update — shortly after getting married we choose Gray Haven to further expand our family. Six years, four kids two of which have only called Gray Haven home and two dogs later, we couldn't be happier our three bedroom home with a large back yard has continued to comfortably accommodate our ever expanding family. All of the staff, including maintenance, have taken the time to know us by name, and continue to surpass all of our expectations.
