Beautiful apartments, HORRIBLE management
June 29, 2020If you want your concerns heard as a tenant, do not rent under this management. Their response to everything is to file a police report. It’s literally the only thing they know how to respond with. Have had situations occur with packages being stolen and upstairs neighbor's grill dripping grease down on our patio and all over our patio furniture. Management did nothing to rectify the situation because "that is the risk associated with having outdoor furniture in an apartment." Upstairs neighbor ...gets to keep their grill, were out the money to purchase new patio cushions. If you want any answers about anything, be prepared to call a dozen times for a follow-up, if you can even reach anyone in the first place.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Quality Apartment
December 31, 2019Positives: Great amenities Excellent maintenance staff Gorgeous landscaping and Kept very clean. 1 covered parking per residence (extra cost) Pets allowed Great location to shopping and food. Great layouts and size Negatives: Noisy with dogs barking all hours Minimal to no parking availability if there is more than 1 vehicle at a residence or a guest Noisy neighbors but that is because walls are not very insulated for sound Huge towing $$$ fines if you park on street because parking is ...fullProperty Manager Responded

Love this apartment
May 18, 2019As a recent college graduate, I've rented a few different apartments in the last 6 years. Honestly, Campbell is one of the best rental companies in Fargo! Their staff is super friendly, (they've even helped us carry up boxes that were delivered to the entryway), and seem to truly care. The parking situation was rough when we first moved in. However, they listened to feedback and have added an additional row of parking spots. Nice apartments, really far away garages.
October 24, 2017I have a studio, it looks really nice. It lacks the amount of storage I need but can be good for the right person. The only complaints I have are there is limited parking and also my garage is all the way on the other end of the garages, it's closer to another building. Given the chance I would probably look elsewhere based on other apartments in the area.Review from Apartments.com
