Unit smelled musty and like pet odor. Old and very worn appliances. Scuffs and dirt on walls. Asked for these things to be taken care of and nothing got better. Ended up having to clean a unit that I just moved into. And it still smelled. And after all of that I asked if I could switch units and they said they “bent over backwards for me” trying to make me feel bad for having standards and asking what should’ve been done in the first place.
