Between them losing the only copy I have of my service animal prescription, charging us an extra $10 to use 2/3 of my debit cards because the office put the card in as credit and not as debit (debit fee is $2.95 to pay your rent, otherwise it's a % of the rent to be able to pay it online), and spending two months of barely having internet access, I regret ever moving in. The tub didn't drain when we first moved in, the furnace shorted out a few months after we moved in, the parking lot floods
...every time we get much rain (something they didn't warn us about), and when the patio door handle broke so it could be jimmied open, it took them over a month to fix it. Maintenance men regularly move things off our patio so they can drill into the building or something that is very loud, and they leave boards with nails in them sticking up, stacks of wood, insulation, and when they're done they never return the items to the patio, and they have never once given us notification, even though I have a medical condition which is triggered by loud or repetitive sounds, like drilling into the building for 30 seconds straight, and is excruciatingly painful and lasts for hours. I can't wait until my lease ends and I can get out of this nightmare apartment.
