August 5, 2023Green Acres is NOT a good place to live. Don't be fooled by what you see on the outside. The WORST problem is the mice and roach infestation. Residents steal other residents packages that get delivered and left in the main lobby. The front door is never locked. There is supposed to be a security code to get in. It stopped working 2 years ago and the office mgmt is aware and hasn't a thing to fix it!! As well as other doors that are supposed to be locked. Anybody can just walk in off the street. ...They don't seem to care they're putting residents safety at risk. Residents walk their dogs all over the property and won't clean up the poop. There are cans with bags to be used and still they won't use it. Even though it's the rule. Majority of the maintenance and housekeeping live here and they don't even help keep the property clean. You can never reach office staff on the phone. You tell them about any issues you're having. They act like they care, but they do NOTHING!!! M3 mgmt is the worst!!! All they care about is collecting rent. I can't wait until my lease is up and I am out of this place!!! I wouldn't recommend GA to ANYONE!!! My advice is, DON'T waste your time& money. Because I can guarantee that you will be highly disappointed you moved here. If you read all the different reviews about GA. Just about all the residents say the same thing. GA is awful. Oh, there's Always problems with the heat in the winter. Weeks and days without heat or hot water. I could go on. Just remember. Rent at your own risk.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
A HEADACHE
July 22, 2022They are heavily infested with mice and any bug you can think of. From roaches, to spider crickets, to even centipedes. I've had an ant infestation last year due to the balcony door not being fixed at the bottom allowing insects to just walk right in our apartment. Maintenance is a problem and managment does not care about their tenants. They care more about when your rent is paid. BEWARE!!! Don’t be fooled by the outside!
July 29, 2021It’s been a nightmare since day one. They have many different floor plans but most does not look like this! I was lied to about which apartment I was getting then delay my move in by two weeks and gave NOTHING like what I was shown! They was changing my rent every other month! Literally! Non of my appliances ever worked properly. They are infested with mice even having a cat and no clutter. They refuse to repair or replace anything. Charges for water but cannot get a washer or dryer unless you ...lucked up with an apartment with one. Laundry facilities are dirty. Washers always broken.
