Poor management

The property management never calls back. The dumpsters are always filled and over flowing. The parking lot and walkways are a sheet of ice still from the storm that was two days ago. They don’t care about the residents.
I waited over a month for a working dishwasher.

I created a maintenance request for my Dishwasher. I called 3 times, however, nobody has attended ( over 3 days). They give a false commitment to attend tomorrow. Tomorrow never comes.
Now they are giving execuse that Dashwasher fixing is not priority, you can wash utensils in sink.
Some time they close maintenance request with fixing and attending the same

Green Hill Manor may be priced higher than many other rental complexes in the local area, but their monthly fee includes: water, basic cable, sanitation, a gym, a pool and a theater. When I computed the cost of these amenities and added them onto the monthly fee at other complexes it was equal to or cheaper than the competition. Plus you have the added convenience of consolidating all these services onto a single bill. The location is decent too. It is right on Route 27 with easy access to ...
grocery stores, restaurants, and many retail outlets. At the same time the roads north of the complex are quiet and scenic and offer ideal walking/jogging routes.
