January 20, 2026I was shocked to see how high the ratings were on this place, despite how poor my last three years of living here has been. Management changes every year due to constant upset from renters. New charges every few months and very suspicious lease. They have structural issues with their parking lot and are consistently shutting it down for months at a time, leaving you with 15 minute walks home each night. Responsive and Accommodating Staff
July 8, 2025These apartments are beautiful modern apartments that are in a central location, right across of Southtown mall, Target, Homegoods, and other stores. There are a lot of good food options all around, and the location is quite convenient. The apartment itself is sunny, bright, modern, and clean, and the staff have been so friendly, responsive, and accommodating since I moved in, really going above and beyond. The year round pool and hot tub are a nice luxury feature, and neighbors are friendly and ...get together regularly for dog walks, pool hangs, etc. Will definitely be recommending this apartment complex to others!Property Manager Responded

January 21, 2025These apartments are clean, well taken care of, and the other residents are very friendly for the most part. The leasing office is super nice, but they don’t do well with communication via replying to emails and phone calls. They usually never get back to you.Property Manager Responded
