I was shocked to see how high the ratings were on this place, despite how poor my last three years of living here has been. Management changes every year due to constant upset from renters. New charges every few months and very suspicious lease. They have structural issues with their parking lot and are consistently shutting it down for months at a time, leaving you with 15 minute walks home each night. Not clean apartments specially carpets in common area and management don't show interest in cleaning it. Also at move in apartment is not provided clean.

Won't recommend. Common area not kept clean especially carpets which are old and dirty. Even elevators are not cleaned regularly.

Personal in the office was more than friendly and helpful, Brian went to check the issue and informed me the process he was very professional, respectful and friendly too, John (I hope I remember correctly) was above and beyond, professional, respectful, friendly, resolved the issue and left a pop corn (love it). These apartments are beautiful modern apartments that are in a central location, right across of Southtown mall, Target, Homegoods, and other stores. There are a lot of good food options all around, and the location is quite convenient. The apartment itself is sunny, bright, modern, and clean, and the staff have been so friendly, responsive, and accommodating since I moved in, really going above and beyond. These apartments are clean, well taken care of, and the other residents are very friendly for the most part. The leasing office is super nice, but they don’t do well with communication via replying to emails and phone calls. They usually never get back to you.
