November 16, 2023This place is amazing!! From the very beginning of applying and getting an apartment, this place was so great! Kitti is the best! Any request we’ve made has been resolved literally within 30min! Super clean and very well maintained! It makes it very hard to leave rent when things go so well!Property Manager Responded

Maintenance
July 4, 2022The one true thing I can say about this property is that the maintenance staff is truly fast and efficient! I have never had to ask multiple time for anything in my apartment to be repaired. Also, when the appliances needed to replace it was replace within a couple of days which were brand new! Needs better maintenance
June 6, 2022Outside of my door my knocker is missing so everyone has to knock on my door, which has bird poop on it and dead bugs, it’s truly disgusting… everyone that comes by complains and is disgusted… the leasing office should make sure that’s cleaned along with the inside before leasing out.
