Big Expenses at Move out
September 10, 2018I lived here for one year and had a terrible experience . They charge outrageously at move out. They do petscan even if you dont have pets or no pets have ever visited your apartment and say that you have pet urine on carpet and make you pay 700 dollars for full carpet replacement. GOODLUCK RENTING SUCH PLACE WHOSE MANAGEMENT ARE OUTRIGHT LIERS.Review from Apartments.com

Lived in for 4 years
July 26, 2015Pros: This is a great apartment complex for families with kids. There are large grassy areas for kids to run around and play in, a basketball court, pool, and a small playground for toddlers. There is also a small gym with 2 elliptical machines and 2 treadmills and a few weight machines with a small room in the corner for little kids to play in while you work out. Now the Cons: the complex is a bit on the old side so in the insides of the apartments is a bit older with older appliances, ...counter-tops, etc. so things break down often and need to call maintenance to fix. For ex. I've had to call to get our stack-able washer/dryer fixed about 3 times, although I do feel blessed and am grateful this place has a washer/dryer in the apartment. The toilet had to be fixed a couple times, the light fixture once. There were rats in the walls and outside the apartments, and there were termites in the ceiling of the bedroom. But, even with all the problems that come up and it is inconvenient when they do, maintenance has been very good at getting everything fixed pretty quickly.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Definitely family friendly...
July 21, 2015I lived here as a college student. This community is more of a family complex. There are SO MANY children, which isn't bad. But after a late night, screaming children outside my window at 8am wasn't my favorite. Over all, the complex is clean and beautiful. The office staff are super nice and always willing to help you out. Maintenance staff always say hello as you walk by, some even like to have conversations with you. Which I actually like.
