Our apartment homes have undergone extensive renovations which include: -Vinyl plank flooring throughout. -Stainless Steel appliances. -Quartz counter tops -New Bathroom vanities -Refaced kitchen cabinets. -All new lighting and hardware. -All units include a patio or balcony. -All units have individual in unit laundry hook ups. There are non renovated units available in the Scenic section, call for pricing. Many units have views of the lake or golf course. Two pets maximum allowed with breed and size restrictions. Additional monthly pet fee of $35.00 per pet. Garages are $110 based on availability. There is a planned amenities building which will include a swimming pool, lounge area, gym, sauna and game tables.
