September 17, 2016I absolutely cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. Our manager Glory is the best u could ask for. She truly cares about her residents. I have lived in Yucaipa over 40 years, and watched this property constructed. ..I knew someday this is where I would call home!! I feel very safe here, management goes out of their way to keep everyone happy, and resolve any issues that arise. I love that water, and gas is included in our monthly rent, as well as trash. When living in a ...home all your life, u learn very quickly that those bills end up costing a lot on a monthly basis. GATED PARKING FOR YOUR VEHICLE WITH REMOTE CONTROL IS ALSO PROVIDED. Come by, and view our place. YOU Will Be impressed. Our maintenance man Joel works so hard to keep us tidy, and clean. Our Gardners do an excellent job keeping the grounds trimmed, and kept up nicely. It is worth an hour of your time if you are looking for a secure, place in yucaipa, and close to many stores, and businesses. See you soon!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
