June 10, 2025The management does not care about their tenants. I have not had adequate use of my kitchen since November! The dishwasher does not work, both sides of the kitchen sinks are clogged. The bottom of the sink was leaking and I had to dump buckets of water across the balcony. They came and stopped the leak and was supposed to come back and replace the wood and never returned to fix the sink, the wood or the dishwasher; and if you call the office you are told a lie that someone will be out to do the ...repairs, if they even answer at all. Do not live here
December 2, 2020I used to live in this apartment for about 4 years. The manager seems nice at first but she turns on you quick when you move out for good and refuse to give you your security deposit back. When I ask for my deposit, she sent me a bill saying my carpet was damaged when I sent pictures of the rooms after everything was moved out. Showing the apartment was ready to move in for the next tenant. Got a bill for about 200 and when I ask for verification on the invoice and pictures she took. The invoice ...did not show the reason of replacing the carpet and no pictures was sent. Then I go on my credit she filed a $600 balance on my credit. I disputed it and it came off. Did I ever receive my security deposit, which would of only been 99 dollars but after whatever fees said to becoming out of it, it would of only been 75 dollars. Also the apartments has black mold and all they do is paint over them instead of treating it or just fix the problem. I have pictures of that as well. Save yourself the headache. I was a very good tenant that paid in advance and had no zero complaints. But in away knew she was a problem. Had multiple neighbors tell me how she did them. Save yourself a headache.
