allowed fish aquariums up to 55 gallons with renter's insurance. I received a very rude, snappish reply that seemed very uneducated. It is very much not appreciated. The Apartment Manager's name who replied was Beatrice. I quote from the email: "No pets are allowed in this community, that also means large fish tanks. Due to possible h2o damage." This reply seems very unprofessional to me. That was pretty much all that was said except a blurb about there possibly being other housing that may suit my needs. That was not pleasant and was really quite ignorant. She could have been much nicer and said, "I regret to inform you that we do not accept fish tanks due to possible water damages, however, our company may have another housing arrangement that may fit your needs." I am appalled that someone with that demeanor can even be employed in the town which I grew up in, let alone represent an apartment community that seemed top notch until I received that email. I am very, very disappointed, and will be recommending against Greenbrier Village to any friends who are looking for housing due to Beatrice's demeanor.
