Extremely unprofessional
May 4, 2020We had an absolute awful experience. The staff in the office were extremely unprofessional and rude. The apartments themselves were okay but a lot of small issues added up and the office didn’t seem to care each time we brought up issues and brushed them off until we went in multiple times. The two younger girls were very uninformed of things & often said things that later were wrong & misinformed my husband & I of things multiple times. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear the ...outside noise of the people going in and out their apartment as well as the people next door and underneath/above you. The grounds themselves weren’t kept up very well & each time landscaping came, our cars were covered. It’s just way too expensive for what you get. Wouldn’t recommend.Property Manager Responded

They installed a handicap sidewalk entrance just for me!
August 14, 2015I'm in a wheelchair and They installed and poured a concrete handicap side entrance just for me! Very helpful staff. A LOT of maintenance upgrades and repairs have been done recently, and the management staff has been extremely supportive. In addition, even though I DID have some repair issues, the maintenance staff was at my door almost before I hung up the phone! The apartment I had was in excellent move-in condition: carpets were newly shampooed, walls repainted, and fixtures all working ...properly. Location and great staff
July 23, 2015The location cannot be beat. Everything and anything you could possibly need is within a few miles (Sams, Walmart, Greenbrier Mall, Target, Kohls, etc.) The staff is extremely responsive to all your needs. If I call today with an issue, they are there either today or the next day to resolve. I love that I can pick up any packages at the office and when I am out of town, they will even get my mail for me. A lot of improvements have been made to the apartments in the past year such as new ...windows, doors and even new tubs. Cozy, Safe, and Quiet
July 20, 2015Greenbrier Woods on the Lake has been a wonderful apartment complex so far! I and my friends have been renting here for this past summer and all has been above expectations. Location is prime! We're five minutes from everything: Starbucks, Walmart, Greenbrier Mall, Cinema, Five Guys, you name it! The pool is a peaceful feature, always clean and free to use. The gym is always empty if you're one to want to use it. The staff is polite and easy to work with. The community is quiet and respectful of ...others' privacy, and there is never any issues finding parking. It's difficult to find credible reviews for apartments these days with competition down-rating rival complexes, but I can say moving to Greenbrier Woods was a decision I do not regret.
