February 7, 2025I requested the water heater to be fixed and it was replaced., however I requested the toilet to be fixed and it was not. It is still running. I also asked that the caulking around the bathtub be fixed and it has not. I am very happy with the water heater!Property Manager Responded

January 6, 2025Kitchen Light & Refrigerator Maintenance came and switched a light switch for a broken kitchen light and now its worse cuz i think its the light itself and not the switch. Also we have had a brand new refrigerator that broke down and has been broke for days and Frigidaire was suppose to come.today according to Anne and we never received a call, text, email. Five stars
December 17, 2019Thermocouple went out on our furnace late at night. Called maintenance. They arrived within an hour. Had it replaced and up and running within 30 minutes. This was on a night with a with a winter storm warning. They are aces in my book. On another note, we have lived here for over a year and the ladies in the office as well as maintenance have always been amiable and accommodating. Please don't ever change.Review from Apartments.com
