Good place but poor management - Stay away
August 6, 2025I have been to this place. Location is nice but management is NOT good except Kevin. They are very pathetic. Judy is RUDE. She will talk to you based on which country you belong too. Stell and other one, they are also the same and do mistakes often like incorrect lease documents. If you don't find any other place, then live here.Review from Apartments.com
Great place and excellent management!
May 20, 2021I lived here with my one roommate and we loved the apartment and the complex! The maintenance staff was quick to respond if anything went wrong and we rarely had issues. The complex was dog friendly and can happily say that I never saw dog droppings. I went on walks throughout the complex daily, and there is a walking trail nearby so you don't have to walk on any busy roads. The pool was clean and super convenient in the summer when days got hot. Great apartments to live in
March 4, 2021We have been living in Green Field Village apartments for 3 years and have no complaints. This place is wonderful closer to major highway, restaurants and grocery stores. Would have continued to live here if only this pandemic didn't affect us financially. Office staff is wonderful. Sarah had been my go to person for all concerns and she addressed them all professionally. Maintenance team is great. The request was completed the next day of you putting it in. Convenient and accomodating
October 6, 2020I have rented multiple apartments here over the past 3 Summers for seasonal employees. (Probably a total of 12 or so apartments over that time) The staff is PHENOMENAL. Sarah is my usual point of contact and she always makes it soo easy. The employees that have lived there have always had great things to say about the apartment and the grounds/amenities. The apartments are always clean and in great condition (and maintained) when we move in which is really nice. You can't even tell that someone ...else has lived there before you. Comfortable place to stay & great staff!
May 6, 2020The price is the most glaring highlight for me. I needed a shortened lease for my job and all they easily accommodated this, needing only proof of employment. Got a torn ACL at the time so I requested a 1st Floor as close to the parking lot as possible, and was given the best possible spot! The area is quiet, lots of grocery stores, GameStop, Walmart and such are mere minutes away. As I have mentioned the service was excellent, much better than I expected. July 21, 2015Well run and maintained complex. Snow cleared promptly in winter. Close to highway, but relatively quiet. Nice pool and plenty of parking. Good, helpful communication with staff.
