Good place but poor management - Stay away
August 6, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI have been to this place. Location is nice but management is NOT good except Kevin. They are very pathetic. Judy is RUDE. She will talk to you based on which country you belong too. Stell and other one, they are also the same and do mistakes often like incorrect lease documents. If you don't find any other place, then live here.

The maintenance staff was quick to respond if anything went wrong and we rarely had issues. The complex was dog friendly and can happily say that I never saw dog droppings. I went on walks throughout the complex daily, and there is a walking trail nearby so you don't have to walk on any busy roads. The pool was clean and super convenient in the summer when days got hot. Overall, I really enjoyed my time living here and ...was sad that I could not stay longer.Read More

This place is wonderful closer to major highway, restaurants and grocery stores. Would have continued to live here if only this pandemic didn't affect us financially. Office staff is wonderful. Sarah had been my go to person for all concerns and she addressed them all professionally. Maintenance team is great. The request was completed the next day of you putting it in. Got a torn ACL at the time so I requested a 1st Floor as close to the parking lot as possible, and was given the best possible spot! The area is quiet, lots of grocery stores, GameStop, Walmart and such are mere minutes away. As I have mentioned the service was excellent, much better than I expected. And I don't think the price can be ...beat with the amount of space I got and for a shorter lease. I only moved because I had to for my job!Read More

Good, helpful communication with staff. Great location. Everything is close. Walmart, grocery stores, restaurants, fast food, pharmacy's, etc. You really can't do better for the money.
