January 22, 2026My husband and I have lived here for 6 years and have loved it. Rent has been kept within a reasonable price for us especially considering a lot of the apartments around us are quite a bit more expensive. The staff and maintenance crew are super responsive and we’ve never had to wait longer than maybe a few hours should we have a request for paperwork or maintenance. October 29, 2025I have lived here for 9 years. I choose Greenhaven for a few reasons. First I am retired and wanted smaller older apartment complex located in nice Neighborhood with convenient shopping. Greenhaven is well managed with excellent service from the office staff. The area is well maintained by the nice maintenance staff. The location is important for me because it is close and easy to visit my son and family that live in Prosper.
