With the office staff being so friendly and having special events for the community for holidays & get togethers. My family and I have enjoyed living here so far. The saltwater pool is great in the summertime. Beautiful walking paths around the property for walking the dogs. The fitness center and clubhouse are very nice and amazing to have as an extra space to exercise, work out, or play some shuffleboard or pool. I love that they have monthly community social meet-ups like a movie night, pizza party, etc hosted by resident social captains. The maintenance team has been awesome and always responsive and ...
friendly. The interior of the apartments are nice too. Nice big kitchen space, big closets, and so forth. I would say that for the "luxury apartment" market space, this probably is at the low-end of that space compared to competitors. Changes I would make would be cleaner hallway spaces in the outdoor common areas and I wish the bathtub/shower wasn't the old-school one-big-plastic fixture, and instead had tiles and a ceramic tub.

The communication for the leasing process wasn’t great. The first day I moved in the AC unit didn’t work. If the person handling a lease goes on vacation, then somebody should be covered for that person..

I moved to Greenhaven October 2024, and I have had nothing but great experiences living here. The community is so welcoming, the office staff are so kind, so pet friendly and clean. I love the activities the team has to offer for the tenants. My favorite was this past summer movie night at the pool. I renewed my lease this past November and I look forward to this next year being here.

A great and friendly environment. Has great amenities and so close to downtown. Close enough to stores but feels like you’re not right there. A nice and safe feeling place that is a great place to call home!

Very spacious place and modern look inside the apartment. Community center is very beautiful as well. A day care center is just a few feet away which is really convenient.
