October 28, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comMy family and I have enjoyed living here so far. The saltwater pool is great in the summertime. Beautiful walking paths around the property for walking the dogs. The fitness center and clubhouse are very nice and amazing to have as an extra space to exercise, work out, or play some shuffleboard or pool. I love that they have monthly community social meet-ups like a movie night, pizza party, etc hosted by resident social captains. The maintenance team has been awesome and always responsive and ...friendly. The interior of the apartments are nice too. Nice big kitchen space, big closets, and so forth. I would say that for the "luxury apartment" market space, this probably is at the low-end of that space compared to competitors. Changes I would make would be cleaner hallway spaces in the outdoor common areas and I wish the bathtub/shower wasn't the old-school one-big-plastic fixture, and instead had tiles and a ceramic tub.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

The community is so welcoming, the office staff are so kind, so pet friendly and clean. I love the activities the team has to offer for the tenants.
