Greenhills needs work
September 2, 2013I have lived here only 3 months and had many issues from old appliances broken to water damage problems. Currently I have a water seepage problem and have to wait 2 more days till they take care of it. These units are old and need many repairs , renter beware you may be chasing issues when you move in. Hope you are luckier than I. Check out your unit very carefully before renting. I could not have seen the things wrong behind the walls when I moved in. They don't replace carpet between renters ...and mine has holes and stains even though they shampooed it before I moved in. There are many coats of paint making the place look old. No amenities like a pool or gym, there is a public trail which is nice. The utilities are ok not too high. They said they are going to update units since I have been here but nothing has happened. I'll believe it when I see it. Just wanted to give a true renters view as it is happening to help others with their expectations.Property Manager Responded
