  • Poor area. Poorly maintained.

    These apartments are small, one entry door. Some of the units were remodeled in last 4 years, but not all. Water heater problems constant. They leak into apartments and renters are left to clean up the mess, or walk in the water. Old frayed carpet that has to be taped over with duck tape making it a fall hazard for the resident. Poor area. Disturbing commotion at night with strangers peeping into windows and banging on them at 2 or 3 o'clock in the morning. Management slow to respond to needs ...
    and requests if at all. Light bulbs burned out for weeks. Tenants and families not allowed to change them and having to call repeatedly to get management to find the time to do it.
