Nice Property
March 11, 2025Ms Tammy helped me with the lease process. She was sweet. The other girls in the office that I met while living there were nice too. The property is clean & safe. Gate is always secured, if it’s malfunctioning it’s quickly fixed. Repair requests are taken care of quickly.Review from Apartments.com

Rude Management and Undisclosed Feed
August 3, 2021It's such a shame but unfortunately the management has been running down the complex. We had lived here previously for two years and loved every bit of being here with the old management. Once the new management came in, they began adding on fees such as washer and dryer rent without disclosing it to us. After parking in an unmarked space in the front (not under the potential resident space) to drop off groceries and immediately head out to complete another errand, one of the managers, Betty, ...came outside yelling at me to come to her. She accused me of continuously parking there everyday (not true), confusing me with another resident who had a similar looking car to my own that would leave their car there overnight. When I told her that she was mistaking me for someone else, she told me that the car parking there looks exactly like mine and made it seem like I was lying to her. My husband went to go approach them over the fees and the rude treatment to me from the management, and instead of saying sorry or apologizing about the situation, they both, Betty and Karla, immediately jumped to solving the issue by "helping" us with a verbal move-out agreement, which we thought was done to appease the situation. When receiving the paperwork to move out, there was an increase in rent and additional fees that was not stated or promised. I'm just very disappointed with the lack of respect and treatment, I believe I wouldn't be writing this or moving out if there was just a simple apology. Don't move here if you're okay with getting undisclosed fees that you'll have to be calling about and disputing with them every other month. It's not worth it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
The worst apartment complex I’ve lived in
July 21, 2021greenpoint urban living management is the worst management I have experienced. I am a District Manager for my company and I am aware of policies and regulations that apply and they have similar regulations. They refuse to acknowledge that we did a 60 day notice and still are demanding we pay the months we were supposed to leave already. Nonetheless they also towed my vehicle the same night I took my sticker off to sell it the next morning. Mine was the only Vehicle towed as there was multiple ...handful of cars with no permits. The manager Karla is rude and very unprofessional. I don’t know why she is considered management but we all get away with stuff somehow. I recommend nobody live here as the maintenance and whole management are not certified to be working in their positions. I hope they read this so they understand. My parents are both company owners and they understand what “CUSTER SERVICE “ is ! They lost sight of the word from school I’m guessing. Lights at night , no trash around the community, office staff friendly and always welcome us with smile, and love the neighbors around here so glad I made the choice to live here at Greenpoint. August 24, 2018I really enjoy living here. I don't have any complaints, I have lived in apartments almost all my life and Greenpoint by far has the best amenities. I enjoy the community room that you can rent for only $50.00, the computers in the business center are very helpful, I don't have internet in my apartment so this saves me money. I have two dogs and they have plenty of room for outdoor walks, the office ladies give my pooch treats when we stop by. I can say I will renew my lease for another year, I ...like Edinburg, TX so this is the place for me.Property Manager Responded

Pésima administración
July 21, 2018Es una lástima que sean unos apartamentos tan bonitos y tengan tan pésima administración...las albercas parecen abandonadas de tan mal mantenimiento que tiene la jardinería,vienen a cortar la yarda y dejan todo mal cortado no le dan mantenimiento a las plantas y para colmo en PLENO verano no funciona hace una semana una de las albercas. Los balcones parecen storage,lo mismo ves toallas y tapetes colgados,que jaulas de perros,que muebles desarmados,escobas,cubetas,trapeadores etc etc...ojalá ...pronto llegue una nueva administración que no nadamas estén encerrados en la oficina con el clima y se encarguen de que se les de el mantenimiento necesario para que sea un lugar bonito bien cuidado y acorde a lo que pagamos de renta que no es nada barato. December 1, 2016These apartments are amazing and beautiful. The amenities are great. My favorite part is having "wood" floors instead of carpet. It helps so much with my allergies. Hilda, the office manger, and her partner are great to work with and so friendly. They make you feel welcome and give all the information you need.
