July 4, 2025If you’re considering paying extra for a “beachfront” apartment, think twice. For two years now, our beach has been unusable and covered in goose poop—so bad that we have to rake it ourselves for hours before guests come over. Despite multiple requests, the property manager has done nothing to resolve the issue. Meanwhile, he enjoys his pontoon and a cleaner beach elsewhere. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay a premium (over $400 extra/month!) for a space we’re too embarrassed to use or show to ...guests. Worst place to live
April 22, 2021Over price , reduction off water , furnace old 200$+ monthly heating bill, air conditioner old you feel like in sauna in the summer, Washer and dryer do not wash and dry, The using water from the veil and its going to destroy all your dishes and equipment , Fights and noise that its unbearable and hallways stink because dogs pee in them. I m lucky that I do not live there any more. Also the are going to increase your rent for a maximum amount every year.Property Manager Responded

Maintenance Man and Landlord cannot be trusted
April 28, 2020The maintenance man used to come in my home while I went to work, I could tell because things were moved or broken. Could smell his trail of cigarette smoke around my apartment. Don't live here unless you enjoy unwanted company.Property Manager Responded

Great Community
