I moved in Friday August 28, 2020 @4:00. I received my keys & went to gather the rest of my things from my mother’s house, when I returned the roaches came out!! Big ones small, medium ALLLLL!! Once I seen that, I decided to look deeper around the apartment. Where the carpet meets the walls there are dead roaches meaning it was not cleaned correctly. Roaches hiding in the creaks of the cabinets and more. I didn’t check all the cabinets before moving in because the first few I checked were good,
...however there a broken cabinets and one won’t even open. Roaches crawling the stove just everywhere. Also the front door can still open when it’s locked, I believe someone has broken into it before & they haven’t fixed it. There’s no hot water in here... Currently I’m here now removing my belongings because it’s a hard no for me, I pulled up today August 30,2020 and a resident is speaking with the police because there has been a break in.. I haven’t even been at all I’m just waiting on the leasing office to open so I can get out of this lease ASAP I refuse to be trapped into this mess.
