Poor Property management
November 20, 2021The people who are in charge of this property now are not fit to manage. Since they have been here it has been a one problem after another. They have done a great job making the apartments look good from the outside but that's it. Nothing inside and the trash compactor is always broken. Mail boxes are broken and people can steal your mail. In addition to that when you have a issue they are not quick to help solve any problem.Review from Apartments.com
Roaches, Mold & Poor Management
February 4, 2021There so many rosches. Mold in both bathrooms from old pipes in the walls. The cabinets falling off in the kitchen. It took the leasing office two weeks to fix a leak from the ceiling & almost 4 months to fix my leaking problems from the kitchen sink. The only plus is that the 2 bedroom apartments are a very large. Please do not move here it’s over priced and the management sucks but will harass you about rent being on time.Property Manager Responded
March 12, 2021We're so sorry that you experienced difficulties while living in our community. Making repairs can be tricky business but there's never a good excuse for taking a long time for a minor repair. We expect our residents to let us know when something is wrong, we'll do our best to fix it in a timely manner and we want to be held accountable. We're sorry if we fell short. It is true that we expect our residents to pay their rent on time but we truly never want anyone feel harrassed, especially if they communicate with us. Everyone's situation is different and so we encourage all of our residents to communicate with us and we'll always try our best to help as much as we're able.

Don’t Move Here Do Not Recommend PERIOD
August 30, 2020I moved in Friday August 28, 2020 @4:00. I received my keys & went to gather the rest of my things from my mother’s house, when I returned the roaches came out!! Big ones small, medium ALLLLL!! Once I seen that, I decided to look deeper around the apartment. Where the carpet meets the walls there are dead roaches meaning it was not cleaned correctly. Roaches hiding in the creaks of the cabinets and more. I didn’t check all the cabinets before moving in because the first few I checked were good, ...however there a broken cabinets and one won’t even open. Roaches crawling the stove just everywhere. Also the front door can still open when it’s locked, I believe someone has broken into it before & they haven’t fixed it. There’s no hot water in here... Currently I’m here now removing my belongings because it’s a hard no for me, I pulled up today August 30,2020 and a resident is speaking with the police because there has been a break in.. I haven’t even been at all I’m just waiting on the leasing office to open so I can get out of this lease ASAP I refuse to be trapped into this mess.Property Manager Responded
October 20, 2020Our property team wanted to apologize for unfortunate timing for this move in. After a careful review we found that the unit had been treated shortly before it was cleaned and when this happens the treatment can actually attract bugs and the issue wasn't spotted prior to the move in. The prospect decided to find a new place and we were happy to let them do so. The resident who ended up renting the apartment hasn't reported any issues.

Do not recommend
January 20, 2019Several cars have been broken into. Renovated unit but everything is fallen apart, air went out in the summer time, roaches are ridiculous... no matter what you do they are still there. Trash is always overflowing, there has been someone who was killed in the apartments next door. I haven’t had any issues with the leasing office, the ladies I’ve met is very helpful when needed... However, i do not recommend anyone to move here unless you plan on living with an infestion of bugs and plenty of ...maintenance issues. Rent is too high for the amount of problems I’ve facedRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
New Lease
October 19, 2017The new Regional Manager is very difficult to deal with when getting a lease signed. There's a tenant that was told over 2 weeks ago that a new lease needed to be signed. This current tenant has not received the new lease nor have they received an update. On top of that, different quotes for rent has been given but not confirmed. Why is this process taking so long and how can this tenant get this issues resolved since it's putting their lives on hold?Review from Apartments.com
