Don't move here
July 16, 2018Great location if you would like to live in Smyrna, however when we moved in there were numerous things wrong included AC not working, drains being clogged, and more. Maintainence is extremely slow and two weeks later nothing has been fixed. Office team just gives excuses and blames things on previous maintaince men. Upgrades are cheap. If you enjoy staying at a residence with a fast responding maintenance team and helpful staff, this is NOT the place for you.Review from Apartments.com

November 30, 2015Maintenance is very slow on fixing things and my roommate and I had to go to the office at least 5 times . There was and still are bugs every where even though they spray and the people make to much noise upstairs , you hear everything ! Would not recommended moving here .Review from Apartments.com
