    I would strongly caution anyone considering living in this community. My experience has been consistently poor, primarily due to ongoing maintenance failures, neglected amenities, and unprofessional management. From the moment I moved in, there were serious issues that were either ignored or inadequately addressed. The unit had a flea infestation at move-in, despite management claiming the previous tenant did not have pets. However, I repeatedly received mail from pet-related companies (such as ...
    Chewy), which directly contradicts that claim. The condition of the apartment itself has been unacceptable: The ceiling has repeatedly deteriorated, with sections of the popcorn ceiling falling off. There is an active water leak during rain, which led to black mold developing on the second-floor ceiling. Instead of proper remediation, management simply painted over it. The AC was nonfunctional for two months (June–July), and the dryer was broken for three months before repairs were completed. At move-in, the front door light, patio light, and patio screen door were all broken, and these have still not been properly fixed or replaced. There were also preventable maintenance failures that resulted in financial impact: A toilet leak was not addressed in a timely manner, leading to water bills exceeding $300 on two separate occasions. The laundry room light was broken for over a month, and we ultimately repaired it ourselves, along with the kitchen light. Beyond the unit itself, the overall property condition is poorly maintained: The dumpster area is frequently overflowing, creating unsanitary conditions. The gym equipment is either broken or rusted, making the facility unusable. The pool has been closed the entire time I have lived here (over three years), despite being advertised as an amenity. Management is another major concern. Communication is poor, and responsiveness is inconsistent. In particular, Rasheeda has been repeatedly dismissive and unprofessional in interactions, which makes resolving issues unnecessarily difficult. Overall, this property demonstrates a pattern of: Delayed or ignored maintenance Temporary or inadequate fixes instead of proper repairs Neglected amenities that residents are still paying for Poor communication and lack of accountability from management Given the number, duration, and severity of these issues, I would not recommend this community to prospective residents.

    Has a new lease with reservations the management does a good job but the complex is old and rundown really needs a upgrade especially with appliances the kitchen cabinets the doors won’t close all the way if this doesn’t happen this would be my last year at Greentree

    Good overall Friendly staff. Community was clean. Looks relaxing.. The only problem was that I wasn’t eligible to tour any units that I would be applying for. I’m also not too wild to have gas.. The water is through the city as well and not bundled with the rent.. other than that has been a great experience.

    Great staff, but Had a great experience talking with the lady at the leasing office, however when I pulled up, I ran over an empty Hennessy shooter and am not having to pay 300 dollars to get my tire fixed. Please clean the grounds up.

    This is my 2nd year living here and I’ll start with the positives. The location is excellent and safe. Everything is in close proximity. Apartments come with washer & dryer and other doable amenities. The negatives are that the complex is on the older side, lots of trees that causes major pollen issues, maintenance takes forever to fix things (if they do) and when it’s done it’s patch work. All amenities in the apartment is old and rusts after a year of living there. The vinyl lifts overtime. We ...
    pay $30 for valet trash which is not being picked up. Rent increased to about $80 more my 2nd time around and nothing has improved and lastly, I receive daily emails about water lock offs..Daily!! Looking to go elsewhere next year because a great location isn’t enough to out weigh these poor conditions.

    Just moved in, and everything seems to be fine! The apartments are a little older, so you do pay both gas and electric, and there apartments themselves are a little dinged up. However, this is a super convenient location as it is safe and right on the main drag through town. I don't have all of my furniture in yet, so I can still hear neighbors sometimes outside at night. My master bedroom has a walk-in closet and is attached to the bathroom, so I'm loving that! The pet policy is great (Two pet ...
    limit, no breed restrictions), you can decorate/paint however you'd like, and the Nichole from the front office is a total sweetheart. The pool looks nice and clean, there is a fitness station that I believe is open 24/7, and free wifi in the community building. (Its like a screened in large patio with tables).     This apartment at first sight was the best choice for my roommate and I. It has in unit washer and dryer and all the kitchen furnishes needed, except a microwave. After moving in however we realized the bedrooms didn't not have lighting there is a light switch which I'm not quite sure is the purpose. The bathrooms are quite small but doable. The kitchen pantry is in need of more built in shelves. Other than those minor problems everything is perfect.
