    Landlord and maintenance people are very nice. The location is convenient, close to both Piqua and Troy. I mind my business, follow the rules, pay my rent and haven't had any problems in the 4 months I've lived here. It comes with ac and has laundry on site 24/7. A nice little back porch area and big rooms.
