February 29, 2024I live here and my mom literally killed a rat with a broom yesterday. Because of the horridly old state of the building, rats can be seen dead or alive in the most random places. We heard one in the elevator, my mom saw a dead one on the stairs and we saw one scuttling outside. And I think I hear another one now. Please save yourself the trouble and live someplace else. Don't say I didn't warn you!Review from Apartments.com
