Loud, overpriced, lots of rules

Luxury in price not quality. **AVOID IF YOU WORK FROM HOME or have small children that sleep during day**: CONSTANT inspections, alarm testing, and Construction without or with limited warning. -expect to pay $150 more than stated rent in secret fees/utilities -Low budget furnishings -plywood painted fireplace -cheap carpet, apparently you pay the same for laminate floors, seems fair. -loose or broken furnishing upon move in (door hooks, towel racks, vent covers). -loud neighbors and outside ...
area. -litter and dog waste all over grounds -inadequate and inefficient heating, cooling, water systems causing house size expenses with less than desired results. -outdated and inefficient appliances -dry wall mounted towel rack -matte paint to restrict cleaning ability -cheap carpet that gets tangled in high traffic zones -parking increased but not enough; good luck parking on weekends, holidays, and late shifts -internet & cable monopoly of cox, expect outages -nothing included, expect surprise fees like trash valet -required trash pick-up during dinner time, non-negotiable…. (Paying someone to take your trash at the most used time so you take it yourself and still have to pay) nice $9k+monthly income bonus -$100+ yearly rent increases, no upgrades -bathroom mirror frame command stripped on -laminate counters -repairs take several requests Pros -location -pets permitted -pool (always crowded with children- not big enough for several hundred residents)
