Efficient, Convenient... and great staff

I rented here on a 6-month lease from December 2020 to May 2021.
The apartment site has a semi-urban design and feel to it, and the area is lively during the day. The neighborhood is quite cheerful, and very close to the hills.
My unit was cross-ventilated by two sets of windows and got plenty of sunlight. It had most amenities, including a microwave. Everything worked well. I needed Maintenance only once, and they were available within 12 hours.

adjacent units is good.
The parking, trash-collection, recycling, etc. are standard and regularly serviced.
Management is high quality. The rental paperwork was processed smoothly, monthly payments for rent and other services were handled online, and upon my leaving the security deposit was returned quickly and at a very fair rate.
A special thank-you to Sandy, the property manager. From the time of signing-up for the apartment to evacuation, and for any questions or concerns, Sandy was unfailingly prompt, courteous, and professional.
I left due to moving out of the Upper Peninsula. For anyone seeking an efficiently run apartment at reasonable cost, and at convenient location, this complex is recommended highly.
