June 2, 2023Not all of the apartments are updated. The office manager is great and cares about the tenants, but the management company could care less. Some of the buildings are fine but some are infested with mice. There are wild raccoons roaming the property, even during the day, and hanging out in the dumpsters. The corporate office knows this and does nothing. The so-called exterminator comes around when he feels like it and puts down mouse traps but it doesn't work because the mice run around the traps. ...They want you to put your own carpet down but the floors are so uneven it would be a hazard. The residents are pretty friendly though and helpful. There is no such thing as emergency maintenance here anymore either.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
