It wasn't a bad experience, it just wasn't perfect. The last minute switch of units created a lot of scrambling with electric and gas hook ups as well as a few other things. However, it was understandable, just not perfect. I also had to mop the downstairs floors and the bottom of the shower door in the bathroom for the master bedroom was pretty grimey. However, overall, I am satisfied, and I really like all of the staff members that I have met and talked with.

Great job! The guys did a great job replacing my bedroom ceiling fan. I have installed many of them and they are not the easiest thing to do. They cleaned and tidied up too. You wouldn't even know they were here. Great job!

We’ve lived here for multiple years now and absolutely loved it the first two. The last couple years the management and maintenance have completely gone down hill and lost all my confidence. The townhouse itself is nice on the inside and has a lot of room, but if you want anything done and it’s not an emergency, count on waiting about a week for a task that may take 10 minutes. Instead of waiting, sometime my roommate will gladly do the task instead of wait. The snow removal absolutely sucks, ...
they salt their side walks after the fact, and nothing gets replaced until it’s absolutely broken even if its hiking your electric and gas bill to outrageous amounts. In the summer time, prepare for the upstairs to be a sauna while the downstairs is nice and cool. It is a safe place to live and in a nice area, but we’re fed up with the office staff, manager, and maintenance excuses for poor service. Take your money to a place that actually cares about its residents.
