Extremely loud neighbors

As another reviewer mentioned, these apartments are pretty nice for the price but the main reason I chose this property was because of all the reviews talking about how quiet the neighborhood is. And for the most part that is true, but lately there has been 1 or 2 tenants who feel everyone in the neighborhood needs to know they have the loudest motorcycles and horrible taste in music through the act of revving them in very annoying ways throughout the day/night and also blasting the music so loud ...
it feels like it's in your apartment. This is not the same as people blasting music in their car, which is something I could easily get over, this is like having guitar amps strapped to a chainsaw. At 1030 at night. So if you are looking for a quiet place to live, I'd avoid seachase. Apartments are nice tho.

We could use a couple updates inside of the apartment since we have been here so long but if something needs to be addressed the office staff is on top of it!
