May 29, 2025Greenwood at Katy is a beautiful community. I was surprised by how much I enjoy the lake views and pool features daily. The maintenance staff takes care of the small details like keeping the walking path around the pond fully stocked with conveniently placed doggy bags and receptacles. The leasing staff, and Megan in particular, are super helpful and welcoming. And the apartment itself was clean, move in ready, and features lovely fixtures and a thoughtful layout.Property Manager Responded
