EXCELLENT PLACE TO LIVE; EXCELLENT STAFF
November 5, 2021I have lived at Greyberry Apts. here in Wayne, Michigan for approximately 4 years. I love it !! The community is very nice, clean, Very Safe, affordable, and a great place to live. The complex is conveniently located just 1 mile east of I-275, and very close to both I-94 and I-96. The location could not be better. Very close to Canton, Westland, Dearborn, and the Detroit Metropolitan Airport. The property Manager, Tina, is Wonderful !! She is always very pleasant, professional, courteous ...and helpful to the residents. She takes excellent care of the property. Tina addresses any concerns quickly and efficiently. She's a Great Manager !! The Maintenance staff, Darryl and Josh are great also. They do excellent work, are pleasant to talk to, and they both respond to maintenance concerns very quickly and efficiently. The office always notifies the resident before entering the apartment. The few maintenance concerns I had, were taken care of by Darryl and Josh very quickly, to my complete satisfaction. They do excellent work !! I love having a nice balcony, central air, full size washer and dryer, and dishwasher in every unit. Plus a beautiful swimming pool. My apartment is very spacious, comfortable, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The neighbors are great...very respectful. I have had no issues with crime whatsoever. Very safe community. The landscaping is beautiful, and the snow removal is quick. Also, the utilities are very reasonable !! A great place to live !! I love living here at Greyberry Apartments !! Excellent Value, Friendly Staff
January 29, 2021I lived here for 5 years and can't recommend it enough! Every other complex I visited had fewer amenities and higher rent. My apartment was very spacious with tons of storage, and you really can't beat the in-unit full size washer and dryer!! I never had any issues with management or neighbors. The few times I had a maintenance issue, they responded very promptly and were always sure to ask permission ahead of time to enter. While there aren't really any stores or restaurants in the immediate ...vicinity, you'll find everything you need within a 3 mile radius, and the convenience of the freeway a mile away can't be beat.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
The bug place
December 4, 2017This place is not good to move in they don't fix stuff and won't tell you if your place has bugs or not a lady just moved in an her place was full of flies and. They not trying to help the lady. And what everyone saying is they don't even won't to help the poor lady and she has a baby these people and now me and my husband are not staying. When my time is up I'm out f this place and I won't everyone to know this place suck like bad eggs. What ever you do don't move here.Review from Apartments.com
