July 9, 2025Quiet neighborhood! Overall nice and clean! The unit was so humid that windows and bathrooms will get moldy every 3-4 days. Maintenance team would take forever sometimes to come fix things. Neighbors are nice and friendly. Overall feels safe!Property Manager Responded

April 1, 2025I have been here for almost 11 years and plan on staying here. It is a quiet community, the residents are friendly and welcoming. I feel like I am living in a resort because of the way the community is built. We have trees, a pool and exercise room, dog area, video area to watch TV. We also have a tanning room. The workers are very friendly and ready to provide the residents with what they need. So if you are looking for a comfortable place that makes you feel like you are in a resort this is the ...place to be.Property Manager Responded

March 16, 2025Although I gave a five star rating, there are some subject matters that need to be address in order to maintain the high standards of this community. Pool Men’s and ladies washrooms need an upgrade. There should be an installation of an outdoor shower to maintain sanitary conditions of the water for participants to take a shower before entering the pool. Landscaping; replacement tree should be put into areas where storms have blown down existing trees. erosion of rainwater runoff areas need to ...be fixed to prevent more erosion of landmass. Potholes; Potholes need to be fixed on the interior roadways in the community. Breezeways; Breezeways and especially doorways need to be pressure wash, including stairs. Amenities; This should be based on length of time of residency. Electric car charger center; another electric charge center should be located in the back parking lot of the complex.Property Manager Responded
