February 25, 2026The main reasons I stayed this year was the hot tub and car wash. The hot tub was down for 3 to 4 months of the summer and the car wash pressure washer and Vacuum have been down over 6 months. Nothing ever seems to get fixed.Property Manager Responded

October 27, 2025The staff is amazing and extremely helpful. The location is wonderful. The environment around the apartment is nice. The ceiling is a little thin so a lot of the times you hear your upstairs neighbors which is somewhat expected. September 19, 2025Good location. I've been dissapointed with the condition of the gym lately. We have not updated any of the exercise equipment since I've moved in back in 2019 (punching bag, treadmills, eliptical machines, etc). We just lost 2 of the treadmills that we used to have. So no we are down to only 2 out of 4. I'd love to see the community get a few updates.Property Manager Responded

September 18, 2025I had been waiting for what seemed like forever for a new dishwasher. As soon as it came in and they had the time, Devante and Brady came in to install it. They even fixed a couple of minor things that I hadn't had the chance to submit a work request for yet. They were both so friendly and kept me updated on what they were doing, which I found incredibly helpful with 3 neurodivergent children in our family.Property Manager Responded
