Great communication, move in experience was easy and the apartment was very clean and well prepped. Easily the best experience we've had in working with an apartment community. After walking around day 1 to explore the amenities and site it seems to be very well kept and maintained, especially given the age of the place.

Greystone Farms quickly made its way to the top of my list when apartment hunting in Columbus. I started working with Shae back in mid-May, looking for an apartment for a new job starting in the fall. From the tour all the way up to my application approval, she was extremely helpful, communitive, and flexible. Truly a wonderful help and joy to work with! The property itself is gorgeous and has many great amentities for the price point. Two beautiful, large pools, a huge gym, a car wash, and even ...
garden plots. Location is also very convienant with stops for groceries and gas just across the street. Picked up my keys this past Friday and was extremely impressed with the welcome and materials/guidance provided at move-in by the management team.
