August 9, 2025We've been here 2 1/2 years. Our apartment is beautiful, the office staff couldn't be more friendly or accommodating. Maintenance problems are immediately taken care of and the grounds are always immaculate. Great amenities. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.Review from Apartments.com

May 13, 2025Our community Farms Reserves is an awesome place to live in. Amenities are great and valuable. Location is awesome, close to malls, restaurants and highway 85 and Jr Allen. We are also close to Callaway Gardens. Neighbors are nice. Office, maintenance and ground staff do a fantastic job taking care of our community and residents.
