The apartments are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, and the amenities are a huge plus. Jared has been incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive throughout everything. He truly goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel taken care of, and it shows. You can tell he genuinely cares about the community and the people who live here. December 10, 2025Overall, I've really enjoyed my time at Greystone Pointe! The complex is very dog friendly and the staff is incredibly quick to help resolve any issues. The gym is great for an apartment gym, and the complex does a great job of maintaining separation from the interstate. Plus, there's a small pond near the dog parks where you can see cute frogs in the warmer months! My main complaints are: 1) aaaaall the carpet in the units--given how new the complex is and how expensive it is, I find this a bit ...outdated; 2) there's no recycling and the amount of recyclable material that gets trashed is sad to watch (especially all the boxes). I'd be willing to pay for an opt in service for recycling with the costs getting added on top of rent (maybe we pay to get recycling bins, then a service comes and pick them up once a week from outside the doors to our unit?).Property Manager Responded
