October 10, 2025Nice spacious apartment. They keep the apartment complex looking good. The apartment complex needs better lighting in the parking area is very dark at night as a safety concern.Property Manager Responded

And it’s full of recreations, Tennis, gym and swimming pools. Smart, convenient layouts, Rooms planned in perfect style, Balconies, cosy verandas, Greystone Summit ‘s versatile. We have lived here for three years, Precious days - time of our lives. With amenities and care, Loads of space for us to ...thrive. Hanging out with kids is pleasure: Territory’s squeaky clean, Lots of stuff for children’s leisure, Playgrounds welcome to drop in. Barbecue zones tempt with flavor, Reclined chairs near waters blue. Even winter finds its savor— Sunbeds prepped, like summer’s due. In the office, morning’s glory: Fresh-brewed coffee, snacks delight. Smiling faces tell the story— Warm support from dawn to night. June 9, 2025Living at Greystone Summit has been a great experience overall the community is clean, quiet, and feels very safe. The apartments are modern, spacious, and well-maintained, with nice finishes and quality appliances. I’ve really enjoyed the amenities like the pool, gym, and clubhouse, and maintenance is usually quick to respond to any issues. The staff is friendly, though communication could be improved a bit when it comes to advance notice for maintenance or events. Overall, it’s a comfortable ...and upscale place to live, and I would recommend it to others.Property Manager Responded

June 9, 2025Upon moving in, I received excellent support from the staff and got to know my neighbors. They were eager to assist with everything that arose, such as mailing systems, fixture adjustments, and leasing questions. My husband and I felt welcomed in this community.
