    Nice spacious apartment. They keep the apartment complex looking good. The apartment complex needs better lighting in the parking area is very dark at night as a safety concern.

    When I first saw Greystone Summit I knew it was the one. I have been here for almost 5 years and I love it more and more. All the staff is wonderful and the people living all look after each other. If you are looking for a place to live you need to come by. I know you will love it.

    I am thrilled to share my outstanding experience living at Greystone Summit. The staff is very friendly- from the leasing/management team to maintenance and grounds keeping, they’ve been great to work with. The property is well-maintained and the neighbors are great. Safety is a top priority, and the amenities, along with monthly activities like giveaways, pool parties hosted by the staff. I’m really excited to see up coming events too. Best community in Columbus.

    I enjoy living at Greystone Summit. The community is always well kept. Staff and maintenance are wonderful and professional. However, due to the heavy flow of traffic, I wish they would install speed bumps. Some drivers tend to speed and not cautious of pedestrians.

    We’ve been here six months and really like it overall. The kitchen is more modern than the previous Greystone we were at. And the complex is kept up very well and clean.

    Living at Greystone Summit has been a great experience overall the community is clean, quiet, and feels very safe. The apartments are modern, spacious, and well-maintained, with nice finishes and quality appliances. I’ve really enjoyed the amenities like the pool, gym, and clubhouse, and maintenance is usually quick to respond to any issues. The staff is friendly, though communication could be improved a bit when it comes to advance notice for maintenance or events. Overall, it’s a comfortable ...

    Upon moving in, I received excellent support from the staff and got to know my neighbors. They were eager to assist with everything that arose, such as mailing systems, fixture adjustments, and leasing questions. My husband and I felt welcomed in this community. We recommend others to come and experience it for themselves.
