Great location, nice size floor plans. Friendly office staff. Suggest maybe a basketball court in the future or an area where kids can play other than the playground. Some kids are older and need an area for roller skating or other activities.

The staff at Greystone Summit are phenomenal! Always so friendly and willing to answer all questions that come up. We recently went to the fun ice cream social which was a huge hit and super tasty!

Greystone Summit is a very quiet and lovely apartment complex. Staff is very friendly and maintenance always arrives in a timely manner . The fitness facility’s it is 24/7 making it easy to get a workout in at any time. The size of the apartment is amazing and very spacious. We have no problem with loud neighbors and all are neighbors we have met are super friendly. Greystone has made this transition for our family very smooth and welcoming!

I wish there could be some kind of 24 hrs heads up when quarterly maintenance will be stopping by since sometimes I’m in meetings and can’t have them inside while I do and when asked for them to come back and call the staff to make sure they will, they don’t
