The office staff is always attentive to my concerns, and the maintenance team is always prompt and efficient in resolving any issues we encounter. Best community in the neighborhood . Full of Amenities pool, gym , tennis court and party hall and more . 1 mile distance to school , grocery shopping (Walmart) hardware store (ace) ,laundry 1coin and late night food from Waffle House all in between 1mile distance

I been living at Greystone Summit for along time and I really enjoy living here. The staff is friendly. The property is kept very clean. Anytime I have had a problem with anything needed to be fixed they would fix it very quickly.

The perfect community

Greystone summit is a beautiful luxury apartment community. The property is always up kept and it is a quiet community. Apartments are very big inside and neighbors are nice and welcoming. The front staff is always nice when you see them in person and over the phone as well. There are literally no issues or cons here.I would recommend moving here over any other apartment complex in town.

Best apartment I’ve been in in years it’s very well maintained with a current good maintenance and leasing office team. I have seen maintenance cleaning things I’ve never seen others do and they’re always on time.
