      I am thrilled to share my outstanding experience living at Greystone Summit. The staff is very friendly- from the leasing/management team to maintenance and grounds keeping, they’ve been great to work with. The property is well-maintained and the neighbors are great. Safety is a top priority, and the amenities, along with monthly activities like giveaways, pool parties hosted by the staff. I’m really excited to see up coming events too. Best community in Columbus.

      I enjoy living at Greystone Summit. The community is always well kept. Staff and maintenance are wonderful and professional. However, due to the heavy flow of traffic, I wish they would install speed bumps. Some drivers tend to speed and not cautious of pedestrians.

      Living at Greystone Summit has been a great experience overall the community is clean, quiet, and feels very safe. The apartments are modern, spacious, and well-maintained, with nice finishes and quality appliances. I’ve really enjoyed the amenities like the pool, gym, and clubhouse, and maintenance is usually quick to respond to any issues. The staff is friendly, though communication could be improved a bit when it comes to advance notice for maintenance or events. Overall, it’s a comfortable ...

      Great experience living at greystone summit. Front office is very welcoming and professional. Apartments are nice and clean and big. I lived here years ago in 2021 and decided to come back in 2025. Best decision ever

      I have been staying here for about 3 years now and have no complaints. My name is Brandice Brown. The staff is very nice and professional. Any small thing needed for maintenance it is handled quickly and professionally as well . The area is very quiet and with being down the street from a Walmart shopping is very convenient. They have events here for the residents to bond and even local food trucks come! The 24/7 access is such an enjoyment with my work schedule. The pool is always clean and ...
      ready to go. The rooms are very big with nice closets . I would recommend this place to anybody.

      Greystone Summit has been nothing short of the Perfect Place to call home. I really feel the sense of community and safety! Many amenities to offer and the monthly engagement with the residents is a nice perk. Going into my 2nd year of residence and I have no complaints whatsoever

      As of this summer we have been here 2 years. We love the convenience and location regarding the schools and location next to the interstate. The support from front office has been great as well. We are thankful for our time spent here.
