Management consistently goes above and beyond to make residents comfortable—when we moved in from out of town, they made the transition seamless. The maintenance team is fast, friendly, and always courteous. The front office provides great service as well. The grounds are kept clean at all times. The club house is always clean and accessible. The Greystone at Columbus Park Team is outstanding.

I am so impressed with everything about this community, most importantly the management and staff. They are kind, responsive, knowlegeable, helpful, hardworking, and committed to highest quality standards. The grounds are impeccably maintained and the buildings are well constructed and maintained. Apartment is very nice, and in an excellent location. Amenities are all functional, neighbors are good, and the property is beautiful. My one complaint is there were some small issues with the apartment, such as the only outlet in the bathroom not working. The maintenance team does seem to move pretty quickly however as all our other problems were resolved in short order.

We love the lake, trees, location and space. We love how we can fish, which we will try. The neighbors are great people, nobody around is obnoxiously loud. Great system for receiving mail. how ever, we do not like how maintenance came into our apartment without anyone telling us they would be coming.
