August 29, 2025I don't like how pest control enters un-announced without any scheduling input from the residents. No calls or text to ask when it would be alright for them to come by. The annual fire inspection email was sent the afternoon of the day before and it said that "they'll be coming by tomorrow" without an specific time nor date. They knocked like 3 times and just came in. I didn't even have time to come downstairs and open the door and they where already inside.Property Manager Responded
