September 28, 2025Overall, it’s nice living here. Ppl do move in and out quite frequently though, usually less than a year. The pool could be cleaner and workout area needs some upgrades due to broken and outdated equipment. It is safe and close to most food spots, grocery stores, and shopping stores.Property Manager Responded

June 22, 2025My overall experience at Greystone at Creekwood has been very pleasant. The staff is friendly and the property and amenities are well maintained. They offer resident/community activities and a variety of amenities. My only complaint is not with the community itself but with noise from my neighbor during "quiet hours." I have complained to the office staff at least five times but the noise has not gotten any better.Property Manager Responded
