February 17, 2026This will make year 6 of residing here and it has been a pleasure. It’s safe, the maintenance and office teams are amazing. January 15, 2026I have lived at Creekwood for many years in the past and have come back because it was such a good experience. I raised my two sons in that community. January 14, 2026So far, my experience at Creekwood has been pretty good overall, aside from a few issues. The mailroom situation could definitely use some improvement, and the laundry room and gym could benefit from renovations, as they currently feel a bit lackluster. The pool area is nice and enjoyable, and the surrounding area is decent as well. I do wish the management were a bit friendlier and that maintenance requests were handled more quickly when residents submit input.Property Manager Responded

January 9, 2026I really enjoy living here. However, there are a few areas that need updating like the pool, the gym, and the tennis court. The laundry room also needs a better lock or security system and machine maintenance. I would like to see a basketball court return to the property. December 3, 2025My unit is outdated, it has fluorescent lights in the kitchen and the laundry room, the laundry room light takes a second to turn on when the switch is flipped, the floors in the kitchen are old and has burns and tears in it, the master bathroom floor has a giant yellow stain that we can’t get out, the paint on the kitchen cabinets are peeling almost completely off and needs repainted, maintenance request has been submitted for the cabinet, no response yet, the light switch cover in the second ...bedroom closet is broken, and the hand towel racks in both bathrooms are placed behind the door, also the bottom plugs on the main door wall don’t work. I really don’t feel like the money for rent is worth it and I still have to put in maintenance requests for a lot so hopefully it’ll get fixed, and the floors and cabinets were mentioned to the lady on move in day, and she said she’d put in requests.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
