Living in an apartment has been a positive experience overall. One of the biggest advantages is the convenience. Everything I need is close by, including grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and public transportation. Apartment living also requires less maintenance than owning a house because the management team takes care of repairs, landscaping, and other upkeep.

Community is well-kept, and maybe a bit too strict with outdoor decor rules. Maintenance could improve their communication, but even so, they’re respectful. Heavy turnover at the office indicates a larger, unseen issue with the leadership infrastructure.

We love living here. It's peaceful, quiet, and the neighbors and staff are great. The grounds are lovely. We have a dog, and there is a pet spa, dog park, and plenty of poo bags and trash cans.

I've lived at Greystone at Inverness for a year now and I've truly enjoyed it. The grounds are beautiful and the mail room and car wash area are superb. The staff is also responsive to requests, particularly around updating the amenities. Hopefully, the playground and basketball court updates will be finished before the summer is up. I also, have zero complaints about my neighbors, which is great.
