    Greystone @ Inverness Community is growing and prospering. The owners are making viable investments to accentuate the property. Nevertheless, with growth comes challenges. Residents demonstrating bad behavior, reckless drivers on premises, security concerns, and other issues. Courtesy officers need to be aware, attentive and more community involved. Better and enhanced residential activities needed. Hopefully, the community and residential population will appreciate the opportunity.

    We just moved in a few days ago, and I already love the place. The closets are HUGE! And I really like the screened in porch. The community is nice, the staff is nice, and my husband likes how quiet it is.

    I just moved into Greystone at Inverness and it has been an amazing experience so far. The entire move-in process was super smooth, well-organized, and stress-free. The leasing office staff is extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional — they guided me through everything clearly and were always available to help with any questions I had.   • Maintenance Request

    This is the first rental property that I resided in in which the maintenance request was fulfilled within a timely manner. The staff is always professional, and I have been living here going on five years. I recently submitted a maintenance request to have the paint touched up on the ceiling in my guest bathroom, and the leasing agent scheduled for the contractors to come out without any questions. They did an amazing job!

    Community is well-kept, and maybe a bit overly strict with outdoor decor rules. Maintenance can do better with communication, but even still, they’re respectful. Heavy turn over at the office indicates a larger unseen issue with leadership.

    I’ve lived here for almost two years now and it’s by far my favorite community. When i wanted something more spacious I decided to go from an apartment to a townhouse because i had no desire to move to a different complex. I have heard nothing but great things about all Greystone properties, but this is my favorite. The price, location, and safeness is what i enjoy the most. It’s very quiet and fits all my needs!

    I’ve had an excellent experience living at Greystone, they are professional, kind, and keep the property well maintained! They go above and beyond when it comes to keeping their residents happy by hosting fun events or giving out treats, could not recommend more! They’re the best of the best for the Columbus Area!
