All of the ladies in the office are great, super friendly and helpful. The complex is clean, quiet and secluded. Apartment itself is fantastic. Great size and well kept. Super happy to be living here and have had a great experience so far!

I’ve been living at Greystone in a 2-bedroom apartment for several years and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, making every interaction a positive one. The maintenance team is exceptional, truly the best I’ve ever encountered and they address any issues promptly and efficiently. I walk the community daily and always feel safe, enjoying the beautifully landscaped grounds and the surrounding nature. My neighbors are both friendly and ...
respectful, creating a welcoming and peaceful environment. Parking is convenient, and the entire property is always immaculately maintained. I am a 10 year resident.. I have enjoyed living here. Quite, peaceful Community. Close to great places to eat and shop.. Would recommend living here.. Mangement and staff are friendly and helpful.. The business office gym and pool are great!!!!

Still the only apartment community in Columbus that checks all of my boxes-location, safety, amenities. A couple of “blips” here and there, but I’m still happy

Love the location here! But I will say it’s hard to get in touch with the manger, she never available, also the parking for phase 3 is not great since nobody wants to park in the back even tho their apartment is facing the back, but you have to be okay with it since it’s not gonna change

The property is located centrally to amenities. It has quick access to highways. Communication and customer service at the office is subpar and underwhelming.
