Community is well-kept, and maybe a bit too strict with outdoor decor rules. Maintenance could improve their communication, but even so, they’re respectful. Heavy turnover at the office indicates a larger, unseen issue with the leadership infrastructure.

We love living here. It's peaceful, quiet, and the neighbors and staff are great. The grounds are lovely. We have a dog, and there is a pet spa, dog park, and plenty of poo bags and trash cans.

I've lived at Greystone at Inverness for a year now and I've truly enjoyed it. The grounds are beautiful and the mail room and car wash area are superb. The staff is also responsive to requests, particularly around updating the amenities. Hopefully, the playground and basketball court updates will be finished before the summer is up. I also, have zero complaints about my neighbors, which is great.

My experience at Greystone has been great! I have lived here for almost a year now and have absolutely no complaints! The apartment is perfect and the management is excellent. Anytime there was an issue, management and maintenance solved the problem(s) fast. If you’re looking for somewhere to live, I highly recommend Greystone. They are excellent!

Greystone @ Inverness Community is growing and prospering. The owners are making viable investments to accentuate the property. Nevertheless, with growth comes challenges. Residents demonstrating bad behavior, reckless drivers on premises, security concerns, and other issues. Courtesy officers need to be aware, attentive and more community involved. Better and enhanced residential activities needed. Hopefully, the community and residential population will appreciate the opportunity.
