May 8, 2026I've lived at Greystone at Inverness for a year now and I've truly enjoyed it. The grounds are beautiful and the mail room and car wash area are superb. The staff is also responsive to requests, particularly around updating the amenities. Hopefully, the playground and basketball court updates will be finished before the summer is up. January 28, 2026Greystone @ Inverness Community is growing and prospering. The owners are making viable investments to accentuate the property. Nevertheless, with growth comes challenges. Residents demonstrating bad behavior, reckless drivers on premises, security concerns, and other issues. Courtesy officers need to be aware, attentive and more community involved.
